Refund Policy

At PURAATHANA, we have a 5-day exchange/return policy. This means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return.

Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
  • Used products are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product seal was broken or not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
  • The product had expired at the time of delivery.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange pickup from the same delivery address, and you will be informed about the expected pickup date.

Exchange Delivery

In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 business days after the return pickup is completed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation requests will only be accepted if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • If a cancellation request is approved, the full order amount will be refunded.
  • PURAATHANA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues related to customer details provided during purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take approximately 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
